The most common age group affected with acne is the teenage group. Acne is a skin condition: a disease of the oil secreting glands of the skin that often affects adolescents, producing eruptions on the face, neck, and shoulder that can leave pitted scars. It is detrimental to the teenagers’ self confidence because this time they are very conscious of their looks.
