The other night, I was watching a TV show about weight loss. There were celebrities who were interviewed on how they lost weight. Most of them had proper diet, regular exercise and taking diet pills. They emphasized the most important key of losing weight is self-discipline and self determination. It is not good to loss weight all of the sudden, it should be gradual.
